Care about yourself & others We strive to make an impact on the world and to improve people’s lives. In order to do so, we cultivate empathy, listen attentively, and care about each other and our users. We also practice self-care: we are conscious about, and invest in, our individual mental and physical health.
Put the patient first We care about all our users, but we put the patient first. So whatever we do, we always ask ourselves, “What’s best for the patient?”. And sometimes we need to be brave and make decisions that challenge old systems and ways of thinking.
Apply science We love science! It’s part of everything we do, from product to personal development. Combining what scientists have already figured out about lifestyle habits and health with new streams of data is what we build our product and services on. We get just as excited about what’s already been discovered as we do about all the opportunities left to be discovered.
Break new ground To chart the unknown, we are curious and open-minded. Exploring is by nature uncertain and unpredictable but also exciting. We let curiosity and passion lead the way, keeping in mind that the journey is as great as the destination!
